Do I keep 100% of my lesson earnings
Yes. You receive the full invoice amount for every lesson. A small 1% platform fee and Stripe's payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 for cards, or 0.8% capped at $5 for bank transfers) are added on top of your invoice amount so your student pays the total, and you receive exactly what you billed.
How does automated invoicing work?
You set an hourly rate for each instrument you teach. For recurring lessons, NotareFlow either calculates the cost based on lesson duration and your rate, or charges a flat monthly amount that you define. Invoices are sent to the student or parent automatically on the schedule you choose.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel through your account settings and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Is my students' data safe?
All data is encrypted in transit, and no other teacher can access your students' information. For students under the age of 13, parents manage their child's account and must provide verified consent before any data is collected, in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).
How long does it take to set up?
Most teachers are up and running in under 15 minutes. Create your studio, set your billing and scheduling profile, and invite your students to get started!
